Lunch in 1700m heigth at an alps hut

This weekend we went for skiing in the Austrian Alps, in the beautiful valley of Brand. Where if not at a typical hut, I could introduce some very tasty invention of Austrian kitchen to Sachi. Speckknödel (breaddumpling with bacon served with sauerkraut) and Kaiserschmarrn.
Needless to say that she loved it. Judge for yourself....
