Liver Sausage

Today we decided to have a hearty farmers 😂 food. Liver sausage with potates, roasted onions and some vegetables  (Leberwurstgröschtl)
This is a traditional late autumn or winter dish, as the main ingredient is made of liver, a side product of slaughter.
We found it at our local supermarket.
